3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment Structure
- For clients not using our maintenance packages, a deposit of 50% of the total project fee is due prior to the commencement of services.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services and receipt of the final invoice.
3.2. Payment Due Dates
- All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the service being rendered.
- Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest and late fees, as outlined in the contract agreement.
3.3. Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified in the invoice.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials for the completion of the services in a timely manner. Delays in providing such information may result in project delays, and we shall not be held liable for any such delays.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in any materials created by Digital Stitch Designs LLC during the provision of services shall remain with us until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to deliverables will be transferred to the client as outlined in the contract agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the provision of services. This obligation shall survive the termination of the contract.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to cure such breach within a specified period. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Stitch Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
