It is an opportunity because of the growing awareness of diversity and inclusion and the increasing demand for businesses that reflect the diversity of the customers they serve.

The old adage goes, "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." It's a sentiment that many of us strive for in our careers, yet it can be difficult to achieve.
